For many years, HVFC has invested in continuously improving the quality of our training and coaching services. We believe that professionalism shouldn’t be something you claim about yourself. It should be assessed by others. That’s why we structurally evaluate all our trainings with participants, and why we participate in the external audit process of CRKBO.

In the most recent CRKBO audit, HVFC once again received a 100% score. A perfect audit result — again. Not bad. But honestly, this is exactly what you should expect from a fundraising consultancy that works with professional NGOs, foundations, and social enterprises across the globe. We aim for maximum points, every time.

The feedback from our participants confirms this picture. In 2025, all HVFC trainings scored well above our own internal quality benchmark of 8 out of 10. On average, our trainings were rated close to a 9 out of 10, with some of our most recent sessions even reaching an average score of 9.3. We see this as a shared achievement with the participants who challenge us, give honest feedback, and help us keep raising the bar.
