Audrey has 17 years’ experience leading programmes and partnerships across education, women’s economic empowerment, livelihoods, WASH and emergency response. She has worked with organisations including BRAC, CARE and Plan across East and West Africa and South Asia, supporting strategy, programme design, innovation, MERL and organisational capacity to drive sustainable impact.

Kenneth worked as director institutional fundraising for international NGO’s such as BRAC International, KNCV Tuberculosis Foundation, What Design Can Do and the Global Reporting Initiative. At HVFC she supports our clients with impactful fundraising strategies.

Nick has over 35 years’ experience in international development, leading programmes and partnerships in sustainable livelihoods, off-grid energy and value chain development. He has held leadership roles at BRAC and Renewable World and is committed to solutions that create social, economic and environmental impact.

Rick is always on the lookout for opportunities to improve existing processes and methods. With a positive-critical attitude and an eye for the bigger picture, he loves to help organizations think about how they can achieve their goals.

Elsi’s dedication to the non-profit sector was inspired at a young age, as he was volunteering at a refugee camp. Ever since, he has been involved in various capacities for nonprofits and has led or been a member of several multicultural teams.
