Position: Marketing & Communications Creative

Are you someone who loves creating visuals that click and messages that stick?

At HVFC, we help impact-driven organizations raise more funds and amplify their work. Now, we’re looking for a Marketing & Communications Creative — someone who combines design skills and storytelling instincts to make our work (and our clients’ work) shine.

This is a flexible, part-time position (1–2 days per week), with the possibility to take on more hours when projects require. The role can also be combined with our Fundraising Consultant vacancy if you believe you qualify for both.

What you'll do

You’ll work closely with our consultants and CEO to make sure our communication reflects the energy and professionalism of our work. Your role will include:

  • Designing and creating visual materials (presentations, reports, LinkedIn visuals, factsheets, and templates) — mostly in Canva, Powerpoint, and Word.
  • Managing and growing HVFC’s social media / online presence (mainly LinkedIn and website).
  • Supporting campaigns and events (such as trainings, client sessions, and other events).
  • Helping shape the HVFC brand voice and visual identity across materials.
  • Occasionally supporting clients with communication deliverables (depending on your skills and interest).

This is a hands-on creative role — perfect for someone who likes to take ownership, try new things, and see their work out in the world.

We’re looking for someone with:

  • Experience in graphic design (Canva) and social media content creation.
  • A good sense of visual identity and storytelling.
  • Comfort with hybrid and flexible work (we work a lot online).
  • A positive, can-do attitude and collaborative mindset.
  • Fluency in English (Dutch is a plus).

Some experience in a similar role — or just a strong portfolio that shows you can make beautiful, smart, and clear designs.
