Failing Forward is an interactive game designed to help fundraisers improve their results by learning from past experiences and mistakes. Not through theory, but through reflection, recognition, and conversation. What went wrong, why did it happen, and what will you do differently next time?

The game reveals patterns in how teams approach fundraising, make decisions, and deal with setbacks. Participants share real experiences, challenge each other’s assumptions, and translate insights directly into their own daily practice. This makes Failing Forward highly practical and immediately applicable.

Failing Forward is also a strong team-building tool. It creates openness, trust, and a shared language within teams. A low-threshold and effective way to start 2026 sharper, more aligned, and with greater confidence.

• Fee: 495-euro p.p, incl. lunch. As we are registered and audited by CRKBO our trainings are offered without an additional VAT. The fee is therefore all-inclusive!
