Introduction to the Dutch Postcode Lottery: origins, approach, and funding philosophy.

What strong applications have in common — lessons from successful cases.

Guided exercise: drafting a proposal template tailored to your organization.
Assignment between sessions: develop your first draft application using a proposal template.
Program Day 2:

Creating a review grid to assess proposal quality

Peer review exercise: analyse and strengthen another participant’s draft

Group feedback and discussion to sharpen insights and improve proposals
Outcome: deeper understanding of what works — and a refined draft ready for further development
