What you’ll take home:
At the end of Day 1, you receive HVFC’s proposal template — based on our experience with winning proposals. This template helps you structure your application clearly and address all the elements donors look for.
Homework (between Day 1 and Day 2):
Draft your first version of the proposal using the template.
If you have a previously rejected application, you can use that instead — we’ll help you strengthen it and improve your chances in a next round.
Day 2 – From good to funder-ready

Focus: Reviewing your proposal through the donor’s eyes
In this session, we work on increasing the quality of your proposal by applying a professional review method. You’ll learn to assess proposals from a donor perspective and spot exactly where improvements are needed.
