Module 3 explains all the basic steps in grant management. When your organization receives a grant from a donor, the real work starts. This the moment to show to the donor what you are capable of. You can show the results and impact of your work, but also demonstrate how it is to work with you. If you manage this step well, the donor will appreciate you and your work. In case there are problems during the implementation, it is easier to convince the donor to allow changes in the planning because they are involved. And by involving the donor into the work you do, you open the opportunity to start talking about additional projects that need funding as well!
