Han is the founder of HVFC and brings in 20+ fundraising experience. He has been head of fundraising for different INGO’s. He is a strong ambassador of building donor relations tand donor diversification.

Kenneth worked as director institutional fundraising for international NGO’s such as BRAC International, KNCV Tuberculosis Foundation, What Design Can Do and the Global Reporting Initiative. At HVFC she supports our clients with impactful fundraising strategies.

Rick is always on the lookout for opportunities to improve existing processes and methods. With a positive-critical attitude and an eye for the bigger picture, he loves to help organizations think about how they can achieve their goals.

With 15+ years of experience, Kristine has an extensive professional toolbox that includes fundraising, programming (civic space, rights-based approach, gender and community mobilization), advocacy, partnership engagement, organizational development and learning.

Sub-recipient management and navigating the rules and regulations of USAID form an integral part of Mischa’s expertise, along with compliance with donor- and project requirements, and capacity strengthening.

With over 15 years in institutional fundraising and donor relations, Saskia has a proven track record in securing significant funding, leading successful teams, and driving strategic growth in the development sector.

An enthusiastic and results-driven professional with extensive NGO experience in resource mobilization, Farihah successfully led, coordinated and supported the development of medium to high-value strategic project proposals and donor mapping exercises during her time at BRAC International.

Anaïs is a Junior Fundraising Consultant at HVFC International, supporting donor research, fundraising analysis, and strategic preparation for impact-driven organizations. She combines a structured, analytical approach with clear and straightforward communication, helping teams translate research into practical fundraising insights. She is fluent in French and English, with working proficiency in Spanish, and is strongly motivated by global environmental and social challenges.
