Module 1 introduces institutional fundraising. This module helps participants look at their organization in-depth and identify their fundraising needs. Besides this inward look, it also guides them through an assessment of external factors, which includes exploring other organizations (both as competition and as potential partners!), and various donors. One of our key points is that fundraising is not simply about waiting for calls for proposals to appear.
