All our open-subscription trainings can be delivered as in-company workshops. That way, you can train as many of your staff as possible, and tailor the content of the training to your specific organizational needs. No more schedule constraints or limited seats issues. You are in total control of the what, where, when, who and how.
or get a coach for you or your team
Through coaching from our (senior) consultants you will get instant practical, strategic and useful insights and advice on the topics that matter the most to you.
Even though it is possible to have occasional single coaching sessions with us, in our experience to be effective, we recommend having at least 10 hours of coaching. With a coaching package comes a free intake-session, where we make a coaching plan based on the topics you need coaching on. We will then assign the HVFC-coach to you who best matches your wishes and needs. Our coaches are experts on fundraising, monitoring and evaluation, impact, negotiation and management.
When multiple people working for or with one organization have similar coaching needs, it is possible to do group sessions. This makes it cheaper and will mean that the team will learn from each other as well!
All our coaching packages can be renewed or upgraded when needed, and are often used in combination with a training, such as the proactive fundraising training (mostly used by teams) or our institutional fundraising tookit (designed to be used in capacity building of partner organizations).
