In order to pave the way to the stategy sessions, we first review the fundraising strategy under development by reflecting on the strengths and weaknesses of the current plan, including suggestions on how to improve the weaknesses. Moreover, we highlight the attention points and pitfalls for successful delivery of the indicated targets.

Together with you, we organize and facilitate strategy sessions with the relevant individuals and/or team(s) involved in institutional fundraising to discuss how the fundraising strategy can be further developed into a concrete institutional fundraising strategy for the coming years. These sessions are made for the overall fundraising team, as well as with regional teams involved in fundraising (if necessary).

In those sessions we dive deeper into their specific strategies towards achieving the targets as indicated in the fundraising strategy. As a result of these sessions, your organization will have a main outline available for the institutional fundraising strategy as well as a roadbook on the further development of that strategy.

The nature of the follow-up support depends on your desires and can range from strategic advice, to providing feedback on draft texts, to writing sections of the strategy.
